Seats

One seat is one person who can sign in to Kaek for a company. Role (employee, finance, HR, owner) does not change the per-seat fee; permissions come from seats granted inside the product.

Implementation includes

• Company and fiscal-year baseline in Kaek
• Seat grants and access model setup
• Finance and payroll starter configuration
• Import path for opening data where applicable
• Go-live support through first pay run or first month-end (whichever comes first)

Bring your own key

In-app AI uses your organisation’s API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or another supported provider). You control spend and data-retention settings with your vendor. Team members may also use their own ChatGPT or Claude subscription where flows allow. Kaek does not resell model access.

Other terms

• Fees are quoted in Nepali rupees. VAT applies where required by law.
• Platform and seat fees are billed monthly unless a written agreement says otherwise.
• AI usage is billed by your model provider (BYOK); Kaek does not resell tokens.
• Custom hosting on your infrastructure is scoped and priced separately.
